Interview technique
The interview technique includes action and results-oriented questions and is geared towards a jointly defined competence matrix. The candidates are asked the following questions based on the main events:
Action-oriented questions
What did you do?
How did you do it?
Why did you do it?
Results-oriented questions
What consequences did your action have?
How did the company benefit from the action you took?
Who can confirm that for us?
Would you do (decide) anything differently and if yes, why? |
